Outrage: New Twinkies are SMALLER!

Twinkies found their way back into a store near you yesterday. However, some people are a little less than impressed with the little snack cakes.

The new Twinkies are considerably smaller than they used to be. Twinkies returned to shelves after being gone for 9 months yesterday and people are saying that the box is almost 2 ounces less than it used to be.

However, the brand that now owns Twinkies is saying that they actually added .08 of an ounce to the cakes. Stating that for a long time the Twinkies' boxes were 15 ounces. Before the company went bankrupt last year they lowered the weight to 13.5 ounces. Now, the boxes are 13.58 ounces.

What a mess.
