These numbers come from Mashable's report on a Tinder survey that really dug into online dating.

According to the study, you need to talk to 16 people before you actually find a relationship. Break the 16 down to 5 different dates before you find someone who is any good. Then MAYBE you find your match.

How about a timeline?

According to this study it will take three days and 25 messages before a phone number is exchanged, and two months before a relationship starts.

Tinder says you should wear bright colored clothing in your main picture to really stand out from the crowd.
