Nick Carter Arrested Following Bar Fight in Florida

He has been charged with misdemeanor battery.

According to the Key West Police, Carter was drunk when officers arrived at the Hog's Breath Saloon on Wednesday evening.

According to a police report, a bartender refused to serve Carter and Michael Rae Papayans and they became agitated and aggressive. The bar's staff asked the men to leave.

Once the men exited the bar, Papayans head-butted one employee and Carter then grabbed a bouncer by the throat, according to the report.
