New Study Shows Fast Food Makes You Unhappy

Ever feel sad when you have to take a long walk in the park? Maybe you feel impatient while watching a beautiful sunset. A new study by the University of Toronto shows that there is a link between fast food and happiness levels. Merely thinking about fast food affected happiness in  the 659 people involved in the study. The reason is fast food culture makes the mind want everything faster. The more fast food signs you see the more impatient with life you get. We recommend a home cooked meal, a hot bath and a few glasses of wine. Don’t let the corporate monsters win!
