Neil Diamond has been busy thanking several MLB teams for playing "Sweet Caroline".

Since 2002 it's been a tradition by the Boston Red Sox to play Neil Diamond's "Sweet Caroline" during their games.

Since the tragic events of Monday many other teams have been playing the song to show their support of Boston.

Neil Diamond tweeted his thanks to many teams including the Dodgers, Marlins, A's, Cubs and even the Red Sox's biggest rival Dodgers.

The Brewer's at Miller Park in Milwaukee also got in the action by playing the theme from Cheer's to show their support.
