Neighbor of Kidnapper Speaks [Video]

Rescuer of Amanda Berry talks about how he helped her call the police and get the two other captive women out of the house.

Charles Ramsey (in video) says he's lived next to Ariel Castro for about a year now and never would have expected him to be holding three women captive in his Cleveland home. The women were all abducted over 10 years ago, separately, and in different time periods. Amanda Berry signaled to the neighbor (Ramsey) who freed her and her daughter from the house, then helped her call the police to rescue the two other women.
