Need A Date? Don’t Go Out With This Guy [Video]

Police are on the hunt for Jeffrey Lucas. He's a 34-year-old who has been duping West Michigan women out of thousands of dollars. The official charges are related to allegations of larceny under false pretenses. He also has failed to appear for court and is a wanted fugitive.

Why the warning?

He's meeting women online, winning their hearts, and then stealing their money.

Police say at least seven women from West Michigan have come forward to report this guy scammed them out of money. One woman told WOOD-TV that he borrowed $54,000 from her and refused to pay it back. Another woman claims he got away with $80,000. Another woman says she met him online, and loaned him $1,600 a few weeks later, again he refused to pay her back.

No surprise, Mr. Lucas has a pretty extensive criminal history that involves fraud.

Lucas was said to be scamming around Muskegon County, and is wanted in the City Of Clare. Police believe he has left Michigan, but are tracking him.
