Another shooting this week on a Michigan highway has police encouraging the public to stay vigilant.

Fox 17 reports new incidents this week in Calhoun and Eaton counties. One incident happened on M-66 near Athens around 4:30 p.m. Wednesday. Another was reported in Pennfield Township.

Most of the summer it was a question on whether or not a firearm was used, but Calhoun County Sheriff's Deputies have confirmed a firearm was used in at least one shooting when a woman's windshield was shot out.

If you have any information, police are asking you to call 911.
