Mom Hears Deceased Son’s Donated Heartbeat In Little Girl

One Mother's decision to donate her son's organs allowed now 4-year-old Jordan Gonzalez a second lease on life.  After Heather Clark's son passed away from child abuse related injuries, she saved another mother, Esther Gonzalez , from having to go through the pain of losing a child.

Jordan received a donated heart from Lukas Clark 2 years ago and is now meeting Lukas' mother for the first time.  The two instantly hit it off and become the best of friends.  It's truly amazing to see Heather's reaction to meeting the little girl that her son saved for the first time.
