Michigan Woman Trades Single Packet of McDonald’s Szechuan Sauce For a Car

Following hype from Adult Swim's Rick and Morty, McDonald's brought back their Szechuan Sauce for one day only...

And fans could not get enough. Literally. McDonald's across the U.S. ran out super quickly.

Now folks who were lucky enough to snag the sauce are auctioning off their packets online -- and one Michigan woman even traded hers for a Volkswagen.

According to The Drive, Rachel Marie from Macomb, Mich., originally was looking to trade her Szechuan sauce online for a collection of pins...

But then someone offered her a car instead.

Not surprisingly, Rachel accepted the offer, and now she's got a 2004 Volkswagen GTI.

According to Fox 2 Detroit, the car is worth about $5,000 because of its extra options.

Rachel told The Drive, 

"I didn't even think I was going to get pin offers, then he offered the car."

Some of the packets on eBay (like this one) are going for upwards of $100.

What would you be willing to pay for the sauce? Or will you just wait it out until winter, when McDonald's has promised its return?
