Holy crap did that really just happen?!?

Michigan fans were watching the end of the Michigan vs. Michigan State game on Saturday evening, thinking that they had the game wrapped up in a neat little bow as they lead the Spartans 23-21 with only ten seconds left to play. Then, the unthinkable happened.

Punter Blake O’Neill (who earlier in the game had landed an amazing 80 yard punt) fumbled the snap with ten seconds remaining. What happened next has fans on both sides shaking their heads in disbelief.

The fumbled snap was quickly recovered by Michigan State's Jalen Watts-Jackson who ran the ball 38 yards for a touchdown as time expired.

What an ending to a game that the whole state had been anticipating all week.

What a heart-breaking loss for the Wolverines.

What an amazing win for the Spartans. #GoGreen!
