Ever thought of owning your own brewery? Well, now's your chance! The popular Michigan Beer Cellar in Sparta is for sale. And you don't even have to worry about real estate agents, or anything! You can simply purchase it on Craigslist.

The brewery, which has only been open for two years, is up for sale by its owner, Dan Humphrey. While the Michigan microbrewery business is booming, Humphrey told MLive that he's been having some health issues, and the microbrewery located on East Division St. in Sparta is getting to be too much for he and his wife to handle alone.

The brewery is pretty sizable, 3,500 square feet, and contains a 120-seat taproom, a stage, and a small deli-style kitchen. And they don't just have beer. They also sell wine, mead and artisan spirits. And all of that can be yours for only $540,000.

What's the catch? Well, there really isn't one. Humphrey simply asks that it's bought intact, and that the person who buys it continues to run it. The recipes' for the beers, names, and the label art for beers and wines are all for sale with the business. The business name "Michigan Beer Cellar" and dba's "Michigan Wine Cellar" and "Michigan Rum Cellar" are also included in the sale.
