Friday Meghan Trainor announced that she had cancelled two weekend performances as the result of a vocal hemorrhage. Today, Lansing's Common Ground Music Festival confirmed that Meghan Trainor will no longer be playing the festival’s opening night as scheduled.

The festival will still kick off Tuesday night with Misterwives as the night’s headliner. The Voice-alum, Joshua Davis (a Michigan native), has also been added to the Tuesday lineup.

Ticket holders are still encouraged to attend the festival Tuesday but unused Tuesday tickets will also be accepted on any other night of the festival. Refunds will be made available for unused tickets. More information can be found at commongroundfest.com.
