Meet Mieszko – Christine’s Pet of the Week

It's Wednesday and Ashley from the Humane Society of West Michigan brought in 1 1/2 year old Mieszko.

Mieszko is a big dog but don't let that intimidate you! He is a sweet, lovable boy! He really is the perfect friend. Ashley said that he's great with people, kids, and other animals. Could you ask for anything better?! I think not!

We're not totally sure what his exact breed is but he could have a mix of lab, greyhound, or pit bull. I'm leaning more towards the Lab side. Training will be minimum when it comes to Mieszko because he listens and is potty trained. The only thing he will need help is being separated from you because he has a little bit of separation anxiety.

Another bonus to Mieszko is now through Saturday he is ONLY $25! The special is for dogs 1 year and older.

Ashley also mentioned that there are a variety of animals available at the shelter so get down there and adopt a new friend! :)
