Juliet just had 9 puppies who have all been adopted but now its her turn! She's sweet, lovable and has great energy. She's also the type of dog that would hop on the couch and cuddle with you. She would do well with children and if you have another dog in the home its always recommended you do a dog-to-dog meeting before adopting, which you can do at the shelter.

Summer camps at the Humane Society of West Michigan begin on June 19th and go all summer. Different classes are designed for different ages from 5 to 17, and if you sign up for the Pet Pals Summer Camp by Friday, June 9th you'll receive a $10 discount. This specific class is for kids 5- to 7-years-old and the first session goes June 19th through the 23rd. There will be a different theme each day. You can register and get more info about summer camps here.

Since the kids get to have their fun, adults deserve it too! This is the 12th year that the BISSELL Pet Foundation will be hosting its Blocktail Party. The party will be Tuesday, June 13th from 6p-9p on Mangiamo!'s lawn. At the party there will be snacks for dogs and humans, caricature paintings, a bandanna-decorating station, even a doggy tarot card reader! And of course there will be alcohol ;-)

Tickets for the Blocktail party are $100 and go towards shelters around West Michigan. If you buy a ticket by June 9th you will get two complimentary drinks with your purchase so get them here!
