Meet Halo – Wendy’s Pet Of The Week

Wednesdays are my favorite days here at Channel 957, because the Humane Society of West Michigan stops by and brings me a new animal to fall in love with.

Today was no exception. Heather from the Humane Society brought in Halo, a 9-year-old Basset Hound/Beagle mix.

Halo has a lot of energy for being an older dog, but would probably do better in a home with older children due to her age. Because of her age, Halo is a part of the Silver Paws program at the Humane Society, which means that her adoption fee is waived for the family giving her her forever home.
