Mayor Heartwell Endorses Rosalynn Bliss for Grand Rapids’ Mayor

Outgoing Grand Rapids' Mayor George Heartwell has made his endorsement for his replacement this coming November.

Monday morning, Mayor Heartwell gave his support to Rosalynn Bliss, who is currently the commissioner of the 2nd Ward.

According to Mayor Heartwell's press release,

It has been my pleasure to work with Rosalynn Bliss since 2006. She is a strong leader who is smart, strategic, thoughtful and visionary.

Based on my experience, we'll not find a harder worker to serve our city as our next Mayor.

Bliss announced that she will be running for Mayor back in January.
