Man Makes 1,000ft Record Breaking Catch [Video]

This whole situation is bittersweet.This guy caught a baseball that was dropped from a helicopter at 1,000 feet. This definitely breaks a world record. However, since nobody informed the Guinness people, it doesn't count.

Like we said, the fact that he caught the ball was pretty amazing. It was dropped from 1,000 feet and was clocked at about 95 mph as it came close to his glove.

However, for some reason they either failed to notify the Guinness people or nobody showed up therefore, this basically counts for nothing except a great story to tell people.

That's really unfortunate but maybe he'd be able to do it again.
