Man Brings New Meaning To ‘Neighborhood Watch’ [Video]

Floyd Briggs, decked out in camo cowboy hat, stepped in the middle of the road to stop a motorcycle chase.

Police were in the middle of a high speed chase, trying to catch a man on a motorcycle. Briggs stepped in, literally, when they came through his neighborhood.

As the motorcycle approached Briggs, he stepped in the middle of the street causing the motorcycle to lose control. Police then took the driver into custody.

When asked why he did it, Briggs said he wanted to stop him before any kids were hurt.
