With 'The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 2' about to hit theaters, Kristen Stewart is a woman without a franchise. Sure, there was talk of 'Snow White and the Huntsman' becoming a sequel machine, but that talk dried up when things got awkward behind the scenes. Now she's in talks to co-star in 'Focus' with Ben Affleck.

This news comes from The Hollywood Reporter, and thought he project doesn't sound like a franchise, it does sound interesting. Stewart would play a young con woman who pairs up with a more experienced hand (Affleck). The film is coming from writer/directors Glenn Ficarra and John Requa, who recently directed 'Crazy, Stupid, Love.' but are probably still best known for writing the cult classic 'Bad Santa.'

Stewart has tried proving herself outside of Bella, and was considered a hot young actress before she became the center of 'Twilight.' But most of her roles outside of that franchise has been hyped as her not being Bella. From 'Welcome to the Rileys' to 'The Runaways' to the upcoming 'On the Road,' it feels like no one's taking her seriously as an actress, though perhaps now that her time is done in the 'Twilight' universe, audiences will finally move on with her.
