Kim Kardashian and Hubby Already Filing For Divorce

Well, it looks like another celebrity marriage is heading for divorce court. TMZ is reporting that Kim Kardashian and her husband Kris Humphries have decided to call it quits, and Ryan Seacrest has confirmed it.

In the celebrity world, this isn’t too surprising. Celebrity marriages end all of the time. But, Kardashian and Humphries only managed to make “until death do us part” last 72 days!

It’s been reported that the wedding itself (which, of course, was turned into a special for television) cost the couple nearly $10 million. So basically, they paid $138,888 for every day that they were “happily” wed.

TMZ is reporting that Kim will not seek an annulment, just your average, run of the mill “irreconcilable differences” divorce. They’re also reporting that she is attempting to get the court to reject any requests from Humphries for spousal support.

The couple reportedly has a pre-nup, so I’m sure that most of the details were already hashed out before they tied the knot.

The Internet is abuzz with this news, especially the people of Twitter. #ThingsLongerThanKimsWedding is currently the top trending topic.

Sure, TMZ isn’t a “real news source”, but let’s face it, they’re usually the first to know about these kinds of things.
