Keep the change. There's no need to tip anymore if you decide to dine at Joe's Crab Shack.

The seafood chain announced this week that they plan to eliminate tipping from several of their establishments. Instead of tipping, workers will instead get an hourly wage of $12-14/hour.

So what does this mean for you, as the customer? Fox 17 says

...menu prices will increase around 12-15%, but prices can vary based on location and could change as the testing continues."

The company plans to eventually expand the policy, nationwide.

How do you feel about the no-tipping policy? Will it make things better or not?
