Jimmy Fallon closed his final episode of 'Late Night With Jimmy Fallon' last night (Feb. 7) by performing an awesome rendition of 'The Weight' with the Muppets.

As Fallon bid goodbye to a five-year run as the 'Late Night' host (and as he looks ahead to his new career as the host of 'The Tonight Show'), he drummed and sang alongside Jim Henson's colorful Muppets to The Band's classic tune.

Among the many Muppet guests joining Fallon were Animal (also on drums), Beaker and Bunson, Gonzo, Janice (a parody of music legend Janice Joplin) and -- of course -- Miss Piggy and Kermit, both of whom had solos in the number. Watch the performance above!

As bittersweet as Fallon's 'Late Night' departure may be, we're looking forward to seeing how new host (and former 'SNL' co-star Seth Meyers) will fare -- and how Fallon himself will do taking over for Jay Leno on 'The Tonight Show.'
