Jay Z and Beyonce might be trying to level up their mansion status, as it is being reported that the power couple is looking into buying a $85 million mansion in California.

Rap's favorite couple is "actively looking for the perfect house for their expanding family,” according to reports from PEOPLE. And the digs they have their sites set on is swanky AF.

According to the site, Jay and Bey might be buying the former home of late film producer Aaron Spelling and his wife Candy. They reportedly visited the massive French chateau-style home that has 57,000-square-feet of space, recently. As far as amenities go, the home contains a, "bowling alley, wine cellar, three gift-wrapping rooms, library, gym, doll room, screening room and humidity-controlled silver storage room."

“This house is the equivalent of a mid-sized hotel,” Candy told PEOPLE. “It’s a lot of work. At the time of the sale it was the largest home in Los Angeles County. She added, “I have wonderful memories here, but I feel like it’s a new chapter in my life — and it’s just me in this big house!”

The pad is currently owned by British Formula 1 heiress Petra Ecclestone and her husband, billionaire businessman James Stunt, who have lived there for the past six years.

“Beyoncé and Jay Z seem serious about living in L.A. full time,” an insider said. “When Beyonce and Jay Z are not working, they live a very quiet life in L.A. They seem to prefer private gatherings to public outings.”
