Is This University Of Washington Cheerleader Flyer Sexist?

The University of Washington is getting a lot of flack for a flyer they released that gives potential cheerleaders the "do's and don'ts" of trying out.  The flyer focuses on what type of appearance the cheerleading and dance squads are looking for.  Social media users attacked the flyer saying that it is an unrealistic standard of beauty.  What do you think?

If you have ever watched 'Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders: Making the Team', you'll know that cheerleading can get pretty ruthless when it comes to not bringing your "A game" in the looks department.  But, that is a professional career and the University of Washington is supposed to be an academic institution.
