Maybe the heat is starting to get to people? Or maybe grandmothers shouldn't leave teenagers in running vehicles while they run into Bed Bath & Beyond to grab some new bath towels. A 13-year-old girl got a little bored while waiting for her grandmother outside of the Lakes Mall in Muskegon this afternoon, and decided to go for a little joy ride.

According to the folks at WOOD-TV8, who spoke to local law enforcement officials, the girl first drove the car into a tree, a utility pole, and two other cars, and then somehow ended up on top of another car in the parking lot.

After the incident, the girl suffered what appeared to be a panic attack and was taken to a local hospital to be checked out.

It is likely that the girl and her grandmother will both face charges stemming from this incident.
