A small helicopter crash near Caledonia caused an exciting afternoon for those involved.

No one was injured when a helicopter crashed into some trees near Caledonia on Friday around 11:45 a.m.

Fox 17 reports the helicopter was contracted with Consumer's Energy, and was inspecting power lines before it went down. The aircraft ended up stuck in some trees, and the two passengers were lowered to safety.

Authorities don't yet know the cause of the crash, however the chopper is still in the trees while the investigation continues.
