Go and look at your recent credit card statement. Do you have a charge of $9.84? If so, your account may have been hacked.

Last week, the Better Business Bureau issued an alert after they received complaints from people who had been charged $9.84 for a purchase they never made. The charge may belong to a company that claims to be 'customer support' (or any other website for that matter), but in reality is just ripping you off.

If you have a charge for $9.84 on your credit card statement and you are not sure what it is from, you may want to contact the fraud department of your credit card company immediately.
