A West Michigan business owner says that he's banning Michael Moore and Seth Rogen from his restaurants to honor the memory of Chris Kyle.

Tommy Brann, who owns Brann’s Sizzling Steaks and Sports Bar, changed the digital sign in front of his restaurant over the weekend to spread the message that the filmmaker and actor would not be allowed in his establishment.

Moore and Rogen have both tweeted criticism of the movie "American Sniper," which tells the story of Chris Kyle, a Navy SEAL.

Moore tweeted that his uncle was killed by a sniper and that he learned snipers are cowards, and Rogen tweeted that the movie reminded him of a Nazi propaganda film from the movie "Inglorious Basterds".

After reading those tweets, Tommy Brann changed his sign show a message that he won't ever serve Moore or Rogen.

"First of all this isn't about me," Brann told WZZM-13. "I mean, it's about Chris Kyle, an American hero. What he did was so patriotic. He served our country, and he did it well, and to call somebody that died a coward, I couldn't believe it."

He says that he hopes his sign of respect for Kyle extends to local men and women who are serving or have served in the military.
