Ming Ten, a popular Asian buffet, at the Knapps Corner, has reached an agreement with the U.S. Department of Labor to pay back over $45,000 in unpaid wages.

Mlive.com reports that since the restaurant opened in 2014, the owners have failed to keep proper legal work documents.

Federal regulators said an investigation showed Ming Ten was not accurately recording the daily and weekly hours worked by employees, the total daily and weekly earnings of employees, and employee information such as full names, addresses, dates-of-hire, and hourly rates."

In addition to paying the money, Ming Ten will also have to keep track of all their employees and provide each one with a pay stub with hours worked and money earned. Posters, with the laws regarding pay and labor, will also be displayed around the restaurant.
