Gisele Bundchen and Her 1-Year-Old Ride ATV without Helmets in Costa Rica

In a picture that is most certainly going to get her a lot of flack, model Gisele Bundchen went on a joyride on a four-wheeler with her baby. And neither of them wore helmets.

The duo were in Costa Rica on Sunday, when they hopped aboard an ATV and went for a ride.

And not only were neither of them wearing helmets, but Bundchen was only driving with one hand so the other one could hold her child.

According to TMZ, it's illegal to drive or ride an ATV on public land without a helmet. However, TMZ is uncertain whether Bundchen was on private or public property at the time.
