Game Of Thrones Spoofed Monty Python’s Search For The Holy Grail And You Probably Missed It [Video]

On the last episode of Game of Thrones a scene seemed very familiar but I couldn't quite put my finger on why it seemed like I had seen it before.  That was until The A.V. Club made a post about the similarities.  In the latest episode of GoT, the Freys were doing a very poor job of laying siege to a castle held by the Blackfish of House Tully.  The scene was definitely a reprieve from the usual dark moods of the GoT series, but I didn't realize the comic relief was based on a specific scene from Monty Python.

Now that it's explained, it makes sense, right?
