Fact or Faked: Kiss Cam Breakup [Video]

There's a video circling the internet of a couple that was caught on the kiss cam at a baseball game. The guy is talking on his phone and won't smooch his girlfriend. Later, they pan to the couple again and she throws her drink in his face and walks away. Fact or faked?

What do you think? She does look pretty upset that he doesn't kiss her. However, that few seconds goes by so fast that the guy probably didn't even realize what was happening until it was over.
