Facebook is planning on building its own town. However, this is not like Farmville. It's an ACTUAL town for employees.

Currently Facebook's Cali campus has a ton of employee perks that some of them don't want to go home at the end of the day. Well, lucky for them...they'll possibly never have to. This week the social network announced it's working with a developer to build an almost 400 unit community within walking distance of their headquarters.

The community will cost nearly $120 million!

Currently, the closest community (Menlo Park) is facing a major housing shortage. Which has left Facebook employees with a long commute. They're hoping this will help with that.
