In an effort to invest more in women, and support them in working toward a family life they want, both Facebook and Apple are offering this game changing perk to their employees.

NBC News reports that the coverage Facebook and Apple are both offering will give them a leg up on attracting top female talent to a male dominated industry.

“Having a high-powered career and children is still a very hard thing to do.”
