After the downpour we received earlier today in Downtown Grand Rapids, I popped outside quickly (thankfully, since it started raining again after I came back in) to see what kind of damage it caused.

It didn't seem like much at first, and then I noticed the giant waves of water going up any time anyone drove down Louis St. near Monroe. The storm drains were trying to keep up with the water volume, but it wasn't working out too well. In fact, if storm drains could talk, they probably would have just thrown their arms (in this scenario, they speak and have arms) in the air and said "I can't even."
