Doris – Christine’s Pet of the Week

Today was my first Pet of the Week segment and I was so excited about it because I love animals especially dogs! & My first "Pet of the Week" pet couldn't have been more adorable!

Audrey from the Humane Society of West Michigan brought in 3-month old Doris, a Black Lab Mix. I saw some Pit Bull in her and it was confirmed she is part Staffordshire. Doris is spayed, has all her shots and is ready to be adopted by a loving family.

Audrey also informed me that although they had a successful event with "Wipe Out the Shelter" there are still plenty of animals available, especially cats!
