Poll: Are you completely honest on the back to school forms?

When a dad was asked to answer questions as his 11 month old daughter, Emma. He did so in the most hilarious way possible.

One of the hardest things that Katie and I go through every year is filling out the "What Should We Know About Your Kid" sheet that the teachers send home the first day of school. Do we tell them everything that annoys us that we would like them to fix, or do we just gloss over the fact that they don't seem to be able to get along with others (meaning their sisters). This guy had no problem listing his daughter's faults, although his tongue is clearly firmly planted in his cheek.
