More than 1.5 million bicycles have been recalled due to a crash hazard.

Brands such as Diamondback, Cannondale, and Jamis are all included in this recalls which has to do with front disc brakes and quick release levers.

WOOD-TV 8 reports an open quick release lever on the front wheel hub can come into contact with the front disc brake rotor, this can cause the front wheel to lock up or even separate from the bicycle.

So far three crashes have been reported, and this recall includes bikes sold between 1998 and this year. See if your bike has been recalled here.
