The Grand Rapids Griffins defeated the Syracuse Crunch to take home the Calder Cup on Tuesday night.  Now it's time to celebrate!

This Friday, June 16th, the Griffins will be hosting a parade and rally in downtown Grand Rapids.  The parade will start on Ottawa Ave. just West of the Arena and then make it's way down Market and Monroe Aves. to Monroe Center and eventually ending at Rosa Parks Circle for a rally.

The parade is set to begin at 4:00 P.M. and will feature the entire team riding in black, red, and silver pickup trucks.  Once the parade arrives at Rosa Parks Circle, the Griffins will show highlights from the game on a big screen and they will be giving away 2,500 championship t-shirts.
