Frederik Meijer Garden's paramount holiday exhibition will return November 24 - January 3!

Meijer Gardens' exhibition team is already hard at work to put together the 21st annual Christmas and Holiday Traditions Around the World exhibit. This year promises to be a seasonal spectacle of West Michigan's most beautiful trees and some of the world's best holiday traditions.

Highlights of this year's holiday celebration will be displays in the Scenic Corridor that commemorate Grand Rapids' five Sister Cities, the exhibit's first ever interactive multimedia and textile display, a nativity representing Italy, the Kadomatsu gate pine, and Christmas trees and natives from Mexico and Poland.

In all, there are 42 displays depicting both fact and folklore including lit up Christmas trees, cultural displays, the always popular Railway Garden, and tons of poinsettias and Michigan grown evergreens.

Other must-sees include the authentic Victorian Christmas tree, as well as the return of three festive displays -- the Vietnamese New Year, the Muslim celebration of Eid al-Fitr, and the 14-foot Moravian Star, whicch will light up the waterfall in the Lena Meijer Tropical Conservatory.
