Changes Coming To Centerpointe Mall In Grand Rapids

Major changes are coming to Centerpointe Mall in Grand Rapids.

Developer Lormax Stern says Centerpointe Mall will become a "power center" where all stores will be outside.  Several new stores are also being added and some current stores are expanding or moving to a different part of the mall.

Many current tenants, including T.J Maxx, DSW, David’s Bridal and Men’s Warehouse are expanding or moving to new locations at Centerpointe Mall.

Nordstrom Rack, Jo Ann Fabrics, Golf Galaxy and Dunham’s will remain at their current locations.

New stores include: ULTA, Rue 21, Five Below, Dots, World Market, Sleep Number, and Vitamin Shop.
