Pharrell Williams seems to be everywhere these days.

Williams' two-months-plus concert tour starts May 31 with Bruno Mars at the Hollywood Bowl in Hollywood, Calif. And he is replacing Cee Lo Green as a coach on “The Voice” for season seven.

No wonder he is selling his spectacular Miami penthouse. He is never home.

In 1992, Williams formed a production company, The Neptunes, with his childhood friend, Chad Hugo, to promote and sell the work of hip-hop, R&B and pop artists.

Now at age 40, Williams has an estimated net worth of $80 million and adding more money with multiple projects in various stages of completion. He recently auctioned his Smokey hat for over $44,000 to raise money for his charity, From One Hand to Another, an organization that he founded to benefit underserved children. As part of his charity, he is spearheading construction of a $35 million children’s' center in his hometown of Virginia Beach, Va.
