Boyz II Men has new music on the way.

The legendary R&B and soul group -- consisting of Nate Morris, Shawn Stockman and Wanya Morris -- has announced its upcoming album, "Collide," will be released Oct. 21 via BMG.

That is a change from the originally announced release date of Sept. 30 for the group's 11th album.

So what can fans expect?

Stockman said the album will "highlight a broader side of our creativity, going further into doing what feels right for us at this moment in our lives."

He adds: "And the product of that is an album with the type of sound that works in any era with big drums and dramatic, lush piano. It's expansive and it grooves."

In addition to new singles "Better Half" and "Diamond Eyes," the trio expects to release a new song every Monday for the next five weeks leading up to the release of "Collide."

Boyz II Men's newest single, "Losing Sleep," can be streamed online at SoundCloud along with other previously released singles from Collide.

Formerly a quartet featuring Michael McCary, Boyz II Men has been performing since 1988.
