Beyonce’s Dad Hints That Elevator Fight Was a PR Stunt [VIDEO]

Beyonce‘s dad, Mathew Knowles, has basically just come out and said that the Beyonce/Jay Z divorce rumors and the nasty elevator fight that went down between Jay and Solange was all a PR stunt.

“It’s called a Jedi Mind Trick,” he told radio station 104.1 KRBE passionately. “The Jedi Mind Trick fools you a lot of times.”

When one of the hosts straight-up asked him if he thought that the trio knew that the elevator fight was being recorded and that they wanted the video to leak, Knowles once again used the Force.

“All I know is the Jedi Mind Trick,” he repeated. “Everybody is talking about it, ticket sales went up, Solange’s album sales went up 200 percent.”

Knowles also attempted to hint at a possible Destiny’s Child reunion, claiming he is still the manager of the group — but we’re not so sure we buy it.

Watch Mathew Knowles discuss his opinions (and constantly repeat the phase “Jedi Mind Trick”) in the video above.
