Beyonce Announces Pregnancy At The VMA’s
Singer/actress/wife of Jay-Z, Beyonce, announced that she's expecting a bouncing baby R&B star at Sunday night's MTV Video Music Awards!
As she walked along the red carpet, in a stunning red dress, it was clear that something was different. Then, she posed for pictures:
After the photo was snapped, MTV tweeted
OMG Beyonce just made a huge announcement on the #vma carpet! #baby!!!!!
Attached to the tweet was also the picture of the star framing her baby bump with her hands.
A little bit later in the evening, her rep confirmed her pregnancy to JustJared.com. And then, she made it even more official.
At the beginning of her performance of her song "Love On Top", Beyonce said to the crowd, "I want you to feel the love that's growing inside me!" When the song concluded, she threw her microphone to the ground, opened up her sparkly purple jacket and showed off her pretty substantial baby bump.
