Bernie Sanders to Campaign For Hillary Clinton in Grand Rapids Thursday

Former Democratic presidential candidate Bernie Sanders is will be in Grand Rapids on Thursday, Oct. 6, to campaign for Hillary Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton.

The event will be at Central High School on Fountain Street beginning at 5:45 p.m, according to Clinton's campaign website.

This is not Sanders' first trip to West Michigan. He was in Allendale back in March when he was still campaigning for the Democratic nomination.

Sanders is campaigning for Clinton in "battleground states" such as Iowa, Minnesota, and Michigan, according to USA Today.
