Bench Clearing Brawl!

The Brewers/Pirates game went 5 extra innings, but that was not even the most exciting part of the day.  Brewer, Carlos Gomez and Pirate, Gerrit Cole, had a beef that escalated quickly.

It is unclear what set off Gomez to start throwing punches, but it looks like there was some trash talk happening before the fight, right after Gomez hit a triple in the 3rd.  Once the two started fighting, the benches and bull pens cleared and a scuffle turned into a brawl.

Both Gomez and Cole were ejected from the game and the Brewers went on the win the game in 14 innings.
