Bed Bugs Are Nasty, But Here’s What NOT To Do If You Find Them

Tip number one, DON'T freak out like this guy!

A guy in New York rented a car and found bed bugs sharing space inside the car. In an effort to kill the bugs, he poured rubbing alcohol on them. Yes, this means he covered the entire inside of his car in rubbing alcohol.

When he got back in the car after "disinfecting" it, he thought it would be a good idea to relax. So, he lit a cigarette and caused the car to erupt in a fireball. He failed to realize the fumes from the alcohol would ignite.

Luckily he was able to get out, though he did have some burns.

The bad news: he's on the hook for the cost of the car.

The good news: the bed bugs have been destroyed.
