It's just a baby elephant who seems to have just learned how to blow bubbles in the water. It's cute to the extreme. It seems to really enjoy the effect it has so it goes on doing it for about 30 seconds before it finally stops and walks away.

We all remember how fun it was blowing bubbles in our milk or pop when we were kids. Well, this is the same thing. It's just a way bigger kid with a way bigger beverage! LOL
